  1. When 'Do Not Disturb' is selected, a dialog box will appear allowing you to create an answer back message.  You may also set a time period in which you do not wish to be disturbed.  If someone tries to conference you during this time period, the message you have placed in this dialog box will appear in their conference transcript.
